Recently the premedical interns made a comic (exaggerated) portrayal of the challenges involved in trying to synchronize their arrival in the patient exam room with that of the attending physician. (We've since solved the problem by giving the patient a ticket with the premed's pager number on it, so that the patient can page the premed to come in when the doctor arrives.)
